Billing & Shipping Address Policy
The billing address MUST match the shipping address.
Orders with mismatched addresses will be automatically canceled to protect against fraud.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your address before submitting your order.
Dimples Deluxes is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx).
We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.
If an issue occurs, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Order Changes
Once an order is processed, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Please ensure all order details are correct before placing your order.
International Shipping
International shipping is available.
Customs fees and import taxes are not included and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Signature Confirmation
Signature confirmation is required upon delivery.
Refund & Return Policy
No Refunds on Raw Hair / Extensions
Hair extensions and raw human hair are considered hygiene and personal-care products.
For this reason, we do not accept refunds or returns on hair bundles, wigs, or extensions — whether the package is opened or unopened.
All sales are final, unless:
There is a manufacturing defect, or
You received the wrong item
When Refunds or Replacements Are Possible
We understand mistakes can happen. In these cases, we offer solutions:
Defective Items
If your order arrives with a defect (wrong length, color, severe damage, or mis-shipped item), contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Photo and/or video proof is required.
Wrong Item Received
If the item does not match your order (wrong texture, length, or style), contact us within 48 hours.
Once confirmed as our error, you may choose:
Replacement (same style, length, and color), or
Store credit equal to the purchase amount
Alternative Options Instead of Refunds
To ensure customer satisfaction, we may offer:

✅ Store credit (instead of replacement, if preferred)
✅ Discount on future orders (as a courtesy when applicable)
✅ Detailed product information & aftercare guidance
